Investment Criteria

Cave Creek Capital seeks equity and mezzanine debt investments in companies seeking growth capital and/or owner liquidity.  Ideal candidates are experiencing one or more of the following: (i) rapid growth, (ii) shifting competitive environments, (iii) owner liquidity needs or (iv) lending constraints.

Investment size: $2 million to $10 million per transaction.  Substantially larger transactions may be funded in partnership with affiliated funds.

Flexible Structures: Majority or minority ownership stake but prefer investments with an active Board role.
